WHY DOES GOD NOT ANSWER MY PRAYERS?

5 before any plant of the field was in the earth and before any herb of the field had grown. For the Lord God had not caused it to rain on the earth, and there was no man to till the ground;

Genesis 2:5

GENESIS? What does the book of Genesis have to do with this? Funny story, it has the answer we have been searching for. Keep the above verse noted because it will link perfectly with this one:

27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.

Genesis 1:27

Do you see it? In chapter 2, the Bible says God had to withhold the rain, because there was no man to till the ground, but man was already created, what did it mean? Why could He not send rain when men was already created? What did it mean?

7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.

Genesis 2:7

See it? It is because God had to breathe life into the man. God withheld the earth's blessing (rain) until He breathed life into man. What does this mean?

Sometimes God withholds our blessings because there is another area in us that needs life before He opens the blessing. What do I mean? Sometimes you want a financial blessing, but God does not bless us because our Spiritual life needs life and until there is life in that area, God cannot give the blessing.

This calls for wisdom, have you been praying for the blessing? Now add, "Lord, I ask you, breathe life in the area that needs it, so that the blessing may come my way."
